"Syttende Mai" or May Seventeenth is Constitution day in Norway, otherwise known as their independence day. I promised myself a bit ago that the next country's Birthday that came up--I'd draw them. Well Happy birthday, you're creepy as Hell.

(By the way, I don't dislike Norway the country. One of my favorite artists is from there. ^^ The Character, though...he scares the piss out of me. So this love is out of reluctance.)
